If you can demonstrate an 18th century craft or speak to vistors on an 18th century topic, contact us.
This event is by invitation only. If you would like to sutler or demonstrate contact us for details.
To get an idea of how past events looked, check out the Events page.
Requirements: Crafters/Sutlers and their children must wear period clothing. You need to provide your own tables, chairs, etc. No modern furniture is allowed. We strongly recommend a period dining fly/awning for shade and inclement weather. No modern tents or popups of any kind are allowed at this event!
The look of mid 18th century is to be maintained throughout the weekend.
Sutlers and Blanket Traders must sell reproduction colonial based goods. No modern packaging or items are allowed.
18th-century camps, tents, signs, goods, display racks, visible containers, price markings, and personal appearance should be appropriate for mid 18th century.
Please help us portray an 18th century appearence to the public throughout the weekend.
Participating re-enactor groups should portray a military "look" that would be appropriate in North America during the French and Indian War (1755-1763) or the American Revolution (1775-1783).
If you stay overnight, an appropriate 18th century tent will be required.
There is no fee to crafters to attend this event. We assume no responsibility for the welfare or safety of participants. Children should be supervised at all times.
Provisions: We will provide wood, water, bathrooms.
